Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Your Room by Vanessa + Lia, operated by Tapcare ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating a room, logging in, buying roses, sending gifts, uploading content, or using any room feature, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
Service
Your Room is an adults-only digital entertainment and messaging experience. The room may include chat, private updates, photos, voice notes, roses, gifts, wallpapers, stickers, letters, saved moments, and other digital features.
Personas, messages, recommendations, timing, moderation, memories, notifications, and support may be assisted by automated systems, AI systems, scripted systems, and human operators. The service is for digital entertainment and companionship-style interaction only. It does not create a real-world romantic, employment, agency, fiduciary, medical, legal, financial, or emergency relationship.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the service if you are barred by law, if you are using it on behalf of a minor, or if you cannot lawfully view adult-oriented material in your location.
We may request additional age, identity, payment, or safety verification, and we may suspend or close access if we believe an account is unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, or underage.
Account access
You are responsible for keeping your email, password, room links, and devices secure. Activity from your room may be treated as activity you authorized unless you promptly notify support of unauthorized access.
Do not share access, resell access, scrape the site, bypass security, reverse engineer private APIs, or interfere with other users, the service, payment processors, or infrastructure.
Payments, roses, and digital items
Roses are digital credits used only inside the room. They are not cash, not a bank balance, not cryptocurrency, not stored value, not transferable, and not redeemable for money. See the Roses + Digital Credits policy and Refund Policy.
Prices, included items, availability, and delivery timing may change. Some items are instant digital items; some are manually reviewed; some may be refused, substituted, delayed, or refunded if they violate policy, processor rules, safety rules, or operational limits.
Unless a checkout page clearly says a purchase is recurring, purchases are one-time digital purchases. If recurring subscriptions are introduced, the checkout flow will disclose the recurring price, billing interval, cancellation method, and renewal terms before purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers. Payment processors may apply their own rules and may decline, hold, reverse, or review transactions.
Content and conduct
You may only upload or send content you have the right to share. You may not request, upload, distribute, encourage, or pay for illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing, or unsafe content.
Strictly prohibited content includes minors or age-ambiguous people, coercion, threats, blackmail, revenge content, doxxing, impersonation, stalking, fraud, real-world sexual services, trafficking, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, and instructions to harm yourself or others.
We may remove content, refuse requests, block messages, pause features, preserve evidence, refund or reverse purchases, report serious abuse, or terminate accounts when necessary.
No guarantees
We try to keep the room available and personal, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific response timing, a particular outcome, a specific message, a specific photo, or that every request will be fulfilled.
AI and automated systems can make mistakes. You should not rely on the service for professional advice, emergency support, legal rights, financial decisions, medical decisions, or crisis intervention.
Termination
We may pause, limit, or close access for policy violations, fraud or chargeback risk, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, repeated harassment, or operational necessity. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase or service feature giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
