Content + Reporting Policy

Content in a room may include messages, uploaded photos, private updates, gifts, stickers, wallpapers, voice notes, saved moments, and manually reviewed requests. Content must follow the Terms and Acceptable Use policy.
Adult content and consent
The room is adults only. We do not allow minors, age-ambiguous people, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, sexual violence, or private content shared without permission.
Any real-person creator or performer content used in the service must be backed by appropriate age, identity, release, rights, and consent records. Synthetic or AI-assisted content must not be used to impersonate a real person without rights and consent.
User uploads
By uploading content, you represent that you own it or have all rights needed to share it with us for operating the room, moderation, support, safety, and related service functions.
We may scan, block, remove, or preserve uploads for safety, copyright, privacy, fraud, payment, or legal reasons.
Copyright reports
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a takedown request to support@tapcare.app including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material and where it appears; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
If content you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with enough information for review. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
If user-generated public hosting expands materially, we should maintain a designated DMCA agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent details here.
Privacy, impersonation, and safety reports
Report privacy violations, impersonation, non-consensual content, harassment, blackmail, threats, or safety concerns to support@tapcare.app with links, screenshots, usernames, dates, and a short explanation. We prioritize safety and consent reports for manual review.
No deceptive endorsements
We do not allow fake testimonials, deceptive independent endorsements, fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, or claims that a persona is an unaffiliated real person when the interaction is operated by the service.
