For help with your room, payments, roses, privacy, safety, unsubscribe requests, account deletion, or data export, contact support@tapcare.app.
Please include your room email or handle and a short description of the issue. Payment issues should include the payment time, amount, processor, and what happened.
Priority reports
Reports about minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, blackmail, threats, impersonation, privacy violations, copyright infringement, payment fraud, harassment, or account compromise are prioritized for manual review.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, export, or unsubscribe help, include the email connected to your room. We may need to verify control of the email or room before acting.
Emergency note
This service is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your location.
